From backyard birthday parties to corporate team lunches, José Jalapeños has been catering events throughout Columbia and Ashland for years. If you're planning something and want great food without the hassle, we'd love to help.
Our catering menu covers the full range — taco bars, fajita spreads, burrito buffets, and full dinner setups with rice, beans, multiple proteins, and all the fixings. We'll work with you to build a menu that fits your headcount, your budget, and the style of your event.
Depending on the size of your event, we offer both drop-off delivery and full-service staffed catering. Full service includes setup, chafing dishes, serving staff, and cleanup when the event is over. Drop-off is perfect for smaller gatherings where you'd rather handle service yourself.
We've done weddings, quinceañeras, graduations, company picnics, school events, office lunches, and everything in between. If you can dream it up, we can probably feed it.
Contact us at either location to discuss your event. We recommend reaching out at least two weeks in advance for larger orders. A deposit is required to hold your date.
